A 1950's French Diamond Ribbon Bracelet in 18ct White Gold and Platinum, stamped both Eagle and Dog Head on clasp. The gorgeous bracelet strap is made up of brilliant cut diamonds graduating in size from 2.8mm diameter to 4mm diameter from smallest at the clasp to largest towards head with equally sized graduating Baguette cut diamonds set horizontally either side creating a channel and cross over as they meet in the middle. On the head of the bracelet creating the ribbon effect on top of the crossover is a wave of 13 Brilliant Cut Diamonds running down the centre, set meticulously to overlap creating seamless sparkle, with 22 tapered baguette cut diamonds set vertically graduating in size on each side of the brilliants matching very well. The largest diamond on head measured 4.95mm and the smallest measuring 2.8mm all in four claw settings. The quality gallery setting shows a swirls detail on the larger side with arches on the smaller side of the gallery, all in keeping with the quality of this 1950's French bracelet. To finish of the bracelet is a Diamond set rounded fold over clasp with a figure 8 safety clasp for extra security. The diamond head has a total of approximately 10.38ct Diamond content with a total overall calculated diamond weight os approximately 30ct (29.54ct) high quality diamonds assessed as F/G colour and VS1/2 for baguettes and VS2/SI2 for brilliant cut diamonds.
